About Squirrel Nation Pet Care
Jessica is a lifelong lover of animals of all kinds, both domestic and wild. She spent her childhood in South Africa where she gained access to wild animals through her uncle and grandfather, researchers of wild birds, and her father who took the family on many camping and safari trips. She rescued baby and wounded birds, tortoises and cats. After moving to Atlanta as an adult she became overwhelmed by the chronic feral cat problem. To address this issue she worked in animal rescue with Furkids for over a decade, managing an adoption center for homeless cats.
Jessica believes in the therapeutic power of animals; we care for them and in return receive their affection, companionship and trust. Squirrel Nation Pet Care strives to offer services that honor and act upon the bond between animal and human.
